Full Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who takes pride in delivering quality work to undertake a varied role within HR. You will deliver comprehensive administrative support as part of the College HR team, whilst providing basic advice to managers and staff on HR policies, escalating where necessary. The successful candidate will provide administrative support throughout the whole employee lifecycle including supporting the full recruitment and onboarding process. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are key, as they will be responsible for processing HR related documentation such as contracts of employment and changes to terms and conditions including updating of relevant systems and letters to staff. The HR administrator will be responsible for ensuring an excellent standard of both verbal and written communication at all times., The promotion of the welsh language is an essential part of the work we do. - NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent relevant L3 qualification
- NVQ Level 2 Customer Service
- Level 2 Digital Literacy or is willing to work towards
- Proven experience of managing assigned workload in a busy administration / business environment
- Proven experience of dealing with and liaising with internal and external customers
- Experience of working with confidential information
- Demonstrate a good level of IT competence. Must be able to navigate the Internet and Intranets as well as being willing to learn how to use new IT packages and systems
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on multiple activities
- Takes personal responsibility for delivering quality work.
