Full Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join a team that delivers our Pay, Reward and Pension arrangements across the University. The successful candidate will support the administration of our pension arrangements during a period of change as well as providing administrative support across our reward arrangements, which help the University to attract, retain and reward colleagues. The Reward and Pensions Team works collaboratively with various other teams across the wider HR function, including our Recruitment, Payroll, Business Partnering and Organisational Development Teams. There is lots of scope for development and future career progression at Durham and the role is likely to appeal to individuals with administrative experience, who are interested in developing their knowledge of HR and more specifically an understanding of Pensions and Reward. We work flexibly and operate hybrid working arrangements meaning the postholder can work remotely for most of the week.
