- Assist Higher-Level HR Staff: Collaborate with senior HR team members in a growing department.
- Efficient Communication: Answer telephone calls courteously, take accurate messages, and transfer calls as necessary.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to staff and customers, enhancing their experience.
- Administrative Systems Maintenance: Maintain both paper and digital databases efficiently.
- Data Entry: Input employment data accurately into the database.
- Record Maintenance: Update employee holiday and sickness records meticulously.
- Hiring Process Support: Assist in various stages of the hiring process.
- Meeting Organisation: Organise meetings and take minutes to ensure effective communication.
- Documentation Coordination: Coordinate new starter paperwork to streamline onboarding processes.
- Work Area Organisation: Ensure the work area is tidy and organised for optimal productivity.
