Full Job Description
Support the recruitment of a range of roles through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required

Maintain and update the recruitment trackers with vacancies and job applications
+
Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records
+
Ensure that all probationary assessments take place for employees during their probationary period
+
Be responsible for the coordination and management of the absence hotline

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join us at one of our fashion-retailer contracts in Crick. You'll be part of the human resources team helping to take care of all HR administration and queries that occur on-site.
We are looking for 2 people for this part-time, permanent position. You will be working Monday to Friday with shifts available between 08:00-13:00 or 12:00-19:00.
