Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Services Adviser to join our HR Division at NFU Mutual. As part of the HR Services team, you will act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers with HR related queries. You will provide guidance on a diverse array of HR topics while delivering exceptional customer service for all employee transactions, in compliance with both Group and Regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include interpreting, advising, and investigating HR policies, systems, and processes, and triaging incoming queries. You will process, review, and action employee transactions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and systems updated for effective statutory and HR reporting. You'll manage a caseload of employee screening requirements, keeping employees and line managers informed of progress and managing any adverse findings to ensure compliance with Group and Regulatory standards. To support the development and growth of our team, you will contribute to the implementation of end-to-end HR Services team processes in line with our HR Process Excellence Framework.
