As a HR Department, we're going through an exciting and positive time, changing to a transformational model, to ensure we provide an even greater service to our Multi Academy Trust. We're therefore thrilled to be recruiting for a HR Adviser with a data and HR systems background who will work closely with the Head of HR and People Development to deliver on a new HR Information Systems project., Our days are fast paced, often challenging, but always rewarding. As the HR Adviser for Systems and Data, you will play an integral role in our team providing a first class, professional and efficient service to all the schools in the Trust. You will have the ability to develop a suite of valuable HR metrics and insights to the Trust, from absence management, to retention, plus the analysis of our survey results and have the opportunity to develop your employee relations knowledge, supporting the team with ER cases, where required. This role is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months. You will be a critical thinker, with the ability to understand and develop systems workflows, the transfer of information between systems and to understand the difference an effective HRIS can make to our organisation. You will be enthusiastic, with a real passion and flair for systems and data with experience in employee relations as well., + Have professional credibility and gravitas + Have a great knowledge of HR systems, metrics and insights + Ideally have an understanding of the education industry and HR information systems within education + Ideally have worked in a team who successfully delivered a HR information system. + Have excellent relationship building skills + An analytics and process driven mind set. + Be self-motivated, driven, able to work on own initiative to prioritise workloads effectively + Have very strong attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy + Be committed to success and delivery against agreed objectives and targets + Be willing to challenge the status quo and constantly question whether there is a better way. + Have CIPD Level 5, or an equivalent, value adding qualification.
