We are currently looking for an experienced and forward thinking HR Adviser to join our amazing, enthusiastic team who all share a passion for being ambitious, working hard and having fun. We would love for you to hit the ground running, and we will provide you with all the support you need to help you achieve this. The role is to cover a period of maternity leave Our days are fast paced, often challenging but always rewarding. Collectively as a team we provide a first class, professional and efficient service to all the schools in the Trust whilst supporting and underpinning the Trust values of transforming children's futures, empowering families and strengthening communities. You will provide day to day generalist advice and guidance to our people and leaders, on all aspects of HR and employee relations, alongside the rest of our Team.
