HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Advisor to join our friendly HR team. This is a key role in the smooth and efficient running of our busy HR department, supporting the Director of HR in providing advice, guidance and support to the school's staff and line managers.

The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of HR and employment law best practice with some experience of providing advice and guidance to stakeholders. We are a small team and the ability to work flexibly and supportively with others is key. Previous experience of working in HR would be an advantage but is not essential. Most importantly, you will be approachable, organised and motivated with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. This would be a great opportunity for an HR practitioner looking to develop their skills and experience.

Hours: This post is offered as a full-time, all year round role.

Location: This is a school-based role.

Salary: circa £33,000 (FTE)

The school offers membership of a competitive contributory pension scheme which includes employer contributions of 10% and death in service benefit.
