HR Advisor

As HR Advisor, you will provide professional direction to a range of customers, in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures, as well as the appropriate employment legislation, on employee relations matters, such as, disciplinary, grievance, attendance management, dignity at work and performance capability, but predominantly sickness absence.

You will be confident in providing professional direction and have previous experience of providing advice on HR/employee relations related matters. You will have the ability to breakdown problems and identify business focused solutions to enable our customers to effectively deal with HR related matters.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, trade unions and external partners is a must. You must also have the ability to work flexibly and travel in and out of the borough (when required) and hold a current valid driving licence.
