Full Job Description

As part of our HR Services team, you'll be the first point of contact for HR queries from all levels of customers across the business. Providing guidance and advice on a range of processes and policies, you'll also have the opportunity to take ownership of a range of projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and administer the end-to-end employee lifecycle ensuring our employees receive a great experience and an efficient service, including new starter and leaver processes
  • Managing requests from our employees across the business, in a friendly face-to-face environment
  • Develop and maintain people-related policies and procedures
  • Supporting employee relations activity and processes, including flexible working requests and probation
  • Payroll accountabilities and governance pre-requisites
  • Contribute to HR and cross-functional projects that grow our people capability, develop the HR function and add value to our business.

    As an HR Advisor within our HR Services team, you will have a good understanding of employment law and a commitment to providing an excellent level of service to internal colleagues across the business., Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of audiences and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Experience of working with HR Information Systems (advantageous)
  • Proactive and organised with strong administrative skills and a great eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a close team setting as well as on own initiative, taking ownership of work and driving assigned projects
  • An ambitious and adaptable approach to work - a desire to continuously develop your professional knowledge and experience to provide a high level of service

    We offer a basic starting salary of up to £30,000, plus a bonus of up to £1,100. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
