Full Job Description

Due to internal promotions the Operational HR Team are seeking a HR Advisor to join the team.

The HR Advisor will assist and support Managers in providing a high standard HR Service across the Health Board. Although based at Llanfrechfa Grange the HR Advisor will be expected to cover and attend other Health Board sites. The post holder will work autonomously and manage their own time in ensuring that priority is allocated to unforeseen matters of urgency. The HR Advisor has guidance and support from the Senior HR Advisors /Assistant Workforce Business Partners/ Workforce Business Partners.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Business Partner Operations team. You will have the knowledge and ability to provide advice and coaching to managers on a range of employment policy and practice issues.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of employment legislation. Ideally, you will have achieved CIPD at level 5 and have relevant transferable experience in a workforce role.

Experience of working in the NHS or other public sector organisation is desirable. You will also need to have a strong customer focus and be able to build effective working relationships with managers and staff.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
