Are you a passionate HR professional with a knack for resolving complex employee relations issues? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference? Comex 2000 is seeking a talented HR Advisor (ER) to join our team. What You'll Do:

  • Strategic HR Partner: Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across multiple sites in London. However, you will support nationally where required.
  • Employee Relations Specialist: Handle a wide range of ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and employment tribunals.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Guide managers through the entire employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Talent Development: Coach and mentor managers on people management best practices, ensuring they are equipped to lead effective teams.
  • Compliance Champion: Stay up to date with employment law and ensure our HR policies and procedures are compliant and aligned with business objectives.
  • Project Management: Contribute to HR projects, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Relationship Builder: Foster strong relationships with managers and employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilise HR data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.

    CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations (ER), with a strong track record of handling complex cases
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
