Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can make a real difference? We're looking for an HR Advisor to join our team and provide expert support and guidance to managers and employees across the business. If you're passionate about employee engagement, compliance, and supporting a positive workplace culture, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll:

  • Partner with managers to identify and address people-related challenges, offering advice and training to ensure best practices.
  • Provide support on formal HR processes, including absence management, grievances, disciplinaries, and change management projects.
  • Lead and contribute to employee engagement initiatives, fostering a collaborative and positive workplace environment.
  • Manage HR systems and ensure accurate data handling, using reports to provide valuable insights and updates.
  • Support employee well-being through welfare cases, family-friendly policies, and occupational health coordination.
  • Act as a key contact for compliance matters, ensuring all HR practices adhere to employment law and data protection standards.

    We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring energy and expertise to the role. Ideally, you'll have:
  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 (or working towards this).
  • Experience: Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with a good grasp of employment law and HR best practices. Experience with HR systems (CIPHR is a bonus).
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, the ability to influence and advise at all levels, and excellent organisational skills.
  • Mindset: A proactive, empathetic approach and the ability to balance the needs of the business with those of its employees.
