  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) - desirable.
  • Proven ER expertise: You've successfully navigated cases like disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
  • Employment Law Know-How: You're well-versed in all aspects of employment law and can confidently advise on even the most tricky situations.
  • Communication Superstar: You're a master communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. You can explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Organisational Whiz: You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
