Full Job Description

The role of HR Advisor will be to provide high quality advice, guidance to staff, officers and line managers on matters relating to HR policy and practice, employment law and the application of police regulations., You will only be offered a secondment subject to your current Line Manager's approval - please note that there is no guarantee that management will agree to the secondment and there is no obligation for them to do so. It is advisable to liaise with management to see if a secondment would be supported before submitting an application.

The successful candidate will need to have proven experience of working within a HR environment, be CIPD qualified (preferred) or part qualified & working towards full qualification.
