HR Advisor - Full-time

Bower Grove School is seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of HR Advisor. We are looking for someone who is a self starter with a passion for new challenges, vision and enjoys introducing innovation.
The Role:
As the HR Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing day to day advice and guidance on HR strategies across the School. This includes coordinating an HR Assistant as well as ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding process through the whole employee life-cycle. You will oversee all HR administration. You'll work closely with the Headteacher to implement best practices and continuously improve our HR processes as well as manage case work and offering comprehensive guidance on sound HR practices and employment law to all SLT.

+ Be self motivated, driven, able to work on own initiative to prioritise work loads effectively.
+ Have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
+ Either have or working towards your CIPD level 5 certification

This is a full-time position, with 37 hours per week. Core hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 3.30PM. However, we're flexible and open to adjusting hours based on individual preferences and needs.
