Human Resources Advisor - Group Employment Projects, Terms and Conditions
Band 5
30 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Group Employment Projects, Terms and Conditions Human Resources Team based within Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This is an exciting time to join our Trust as we are now working with Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust as part of a newly formed NHS Group - theHumber Health Partnership, which isthe 12th largest acute and community provider in the NHS.
As part of the Group Employment Projects, Terms and Conditions Human Resources Team, you will lead on job evaluation for the Group, advising and supporting managers and HR colleagues throughout the process.
You will lead, contribute and monitor specific HR projects and activities which will support the management and implementation of national/Group wide initiatives.
You will advise and support managers in the consistent interpretation and application of national/local pay, terms and conditions of employment, Group employment, policies and procedures relevant to the role, employment legislation and job evaluation.
We are therefore searching for an individual with excellent communication and influencing skills with a proven track record of delivering on key HR issues within a business context.
To succeed, you will have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and its practical application, have the ability to develop strong working relationships and work to tight deadlines. You will be educated to degree level or hold an intermediate CIPD qualification or have equivalent experience.
