Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Human Resources Technology team; to support key People and HR platforms, as HR Analyst. The role will support in the development and maintenance of our HR platforms; as well as lead on standard and ad-hoc MI and reporting production. HR technology touches every part of the employee lifecycle from hire to retire; and this role will play a key part in supporting those technologies through developments, maintenance, reporting and second line support, whilst looking for opportunities for continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR teams, and other teams across the bank, on delivery of key MI and reporting requirements.
  • Working with the Compensation and MI specialist in the data cleansing and building the data transfer requirements for the HR System implementation.
  • Gather requirements, build and deploy self service reporting capability through our HR System MI Modules.
  • Understand and analyse key data trends and pull insights and commentary where applicable.
  • Provide functional 2^nd line support for end-users, helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues including building solutions if required.
  • Work with various stakeholders across HR and wider Bank on data and system initiatives and projects.
  • Provide training, demonstrations and documentation to business stakeholders as required.
  • Undertake regular data cleansing of the HR systems and ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • Frequently serves as the lead contact for HR technology questions and partner with vendors on issues resolution. You will also lead functional testing of new system features and module releases evaluating the impact to Handelsbanken process with additional guidance., Your journey with us begins once you have submitted your application.   • Experience working with HR system landscape; ideally having worked with multiple key HR Platforms for Core HR, Payroll, Talent Attraction and Management.
  • Strong Technical System Admin experience within HR Systems or equivalent environment.
  • Advanced report writer and dashboard experience
  • Strong Data reporting tools experience
  • Strong Excel skills; to include VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formula
  • Strong end to end knowledge of key HR processes; such as end to end recruitment process.
  • Strong problem solver, critical thinker, quick learner with excellent communication skills
