Full Job Description

3. Assisting the HR and Administration Executive with the hiring process. For example:

  • Creating job adverts on the company website. Organising interviews Preparing onboarding documents


  • 4. Amending policies and procedures as directed by the HR operations committee.

    5. Prepare timely HR related reports.

    6. Chase any missing HR documents from management. For example: return to work forms, students staff hours approval and performance development reviews.

    7. Update the HR induction for all role types with any additions/changes.

    8. Update the personal development allowance spreadsheet.

    9. Raise any HR related purchase orders.

    10. Organising annual governance meetings into the calendar

    11. Organising external meeting space for ad hoc meetings where necessary

    12. Comply with any auditing process and procedures.

    13. Use the Students Union Linked in page to regularly interact to relevant posts.

    14. Any other generic HR admin tasks

    15. Support with post meeting activity to ensure efficient and timely communication of meeting actions to stakeholders.

    16. Reception based duties, including but not limited to: Answering Phone calls, Taking Ad hoc Requests, Sorting through mail etc.
