Full Job Description

Reporting to the Director of HR, this role is an ideal place for developing your generalist HR knowledge and people management skills and we will consider full CIPD qualification sponsorship.

The HR Assistant will have responsibility for following the College's administrative people practices as well as supporting some specific employment projects.

Ideally you will have some operational experience working within an HR team or a relevant function with responsibility for managing employee processes. You will also have a keen eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a permanent position, offered on a full-time basis. Working hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). Hybrid and flexible working patterns will be considered. You will be entitled to 25 days paid annual leave + Bank and Public Holidays (1 January to 31 December).

Salary - £25-29K (commensurate with skills and experience)
