Full Job Description

We are excited to share that we are looking for a HR Assistant to join our established Human Resources team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. As a HR Assistant you will play a pivotable role in both HR and recruitment operations, providing vital support to both functions within the college., In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing HR systems, and responding to queries from key stakeholders. You will also play a key role in supporting recruitment processes, such as coordinating job postings, interview arrangements, and helping to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new staff members.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a HR/ recruitment role. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with people is vital. A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are also essential. Given the nature of the role the successful candidate will be CIPD Level 3 (minimum) qualified or willing to work towards this qualification. The ability to prioritise workload is essential as is the ability to adapt flexibility to changing and competing demands that may arise at short notice.
