Full Job Description

We're looking for someone to join our fast-paced, dynamic HR team and be the first point of contact for all HR queries for store employees. We'd like you to deliver a proactive and responsive service by providing relevant and appropriate HR support or referring to HR colleagues when appropriate. It's really important that this person ensures compliance with all procedures, policies and legislation.,

  • First point of contact for stores for the HR team
  • Manage telephone and general email enquiries
  • Process reference requests for hourly paid employees
  • Issue contracts for hourly paid employees
  • Assist with Payroll related queries
  • Maintain an effective online filing system
  • Oversee AWOL process including issuing letters and subsequent follow up with Stores
  • Assist with administration support when required in investigation, grievance, disciplinary, capability and redundancy meetings
  • Collate bonus information on a monthly basis
  • Advise on low risk disciplinary and grievance matters and the production of appropriate correspondence
  • Ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements
  • Assist with the implementation and roll out of Oracle HR
  • Update the WFM system as and when required and ensuring efficient and accurate data entry
  • Assist the Senior HR Co-ordinator and Senior HR Manager with ad hoc work as required
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with all teams and departments within the business to help provide the best support to deliver business goals
