Full Job Description

We have a number exciting opportunities to join our new inhouse HR team. As an HR Assistant you will support Norwich City Services Ltd, a wholly owned company of Norwich City Council, deliver essential HR transactions to the business.

Working in our busy HR team, duties will include co-ordinating recruitment activity and dealing with starter and leaver processes, generating payroll documentation and contracts of employment. You will also respond to a variety of queries and provide advice and support to on HR processes and procedures.

Well organised and with excellent IT skills you will be responsible for maintaining HR records to a high standard, you should have experience of using HR systems and be comfortable training and supporting others in their use. Effective communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are essential as is the ability to ensure delivery of a variety of tasks to deadlines.
