Are you passionate about delivering a high-quality HR service and enjoy making a difference in being part of an effective team of HR professionals? The role We have an exciting opportunity to join our established central HR team and you will play a critical role in providing day to day support to our 9 Academies and Central Team across the Trust. You will work closely with qualified HR professionals, Principals and Senior Leaders and be responsible for providing an efficient and effective response to HR related issues in accordance with our Trust and national policies, including Safer Recruitment, GDPR and employment law statutory requirements. This role will support 2 academies but you could be asked to support any of our academies across the Birmingham/Solihull area. Flexibility is essential within this role.
- you will have experience within an HR environment although, more importantly, you will have outstanding administrative skills and a desire to attain the highest possible standards in the work that you do
- you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work on your own initiative and be confident and comfortable in providing initial advice to employees when required
- you will be able to prioritise your workload effectively and have excellent communication and IT skills and be able to exercise your role with discretion and confidentiality
- you will be fully supported by an established HR business partner in your role, This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
