HR Assistant

We're looking for a passionate HR Assistant to join our friendly and proactive team in Richmond, London. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our multi-entity, international group, collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition and Legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting our teams across the UK, USA, and Australia. You'll work on everything from payroll to recruitment, helping to shape and improve our processes as we continue to grow. What you will do

• Payroll Management: Process weekly and monthly payroll for our multi-entity group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• HR Systems: Maintain and update administrative systems and databases (e.g., payroll, NEST)
• Reporting: Compile and share regular reports for managers and employees, such as absence tracking and performance metrics.
• Employee Support: Provide clear and consistent guidance on HR policies, the Employee Handbook, and employment legislation.
• Onboarding: Work closely with Talent Acquisition to generate contracts, conduct reference checks, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine and enhance HR processes and procedures.
