Full Job Description

Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, and the Wider HR team to provide proactive and commercial HR advice and guidance to Lead and Manage in the delivery of HR change solutions and key objectives in the context of the people agenda. Working in partnership with the business Adviser will combine an understanding of the organisation and its context with HR expertise, in order to support the delivery and execution of restructures/TUPE and change activity, to meet organisational needs, now and in the future.,

  • Establish and develop trusted relationships across the business at a variety of levels through collaboration and gaining credibility
  • Provide support to the Senior HR Business Partner to deliver change projects, e.g. restructuring, Redundancies Settlement agreements/ TUPE activities etc.
  • Take the lead in drafting Settlement agreements and associated redundancy costs through working in partnerships with the wider HR Team.
  • Be confident in liaising with Legal counsel in the finalizing of Settlement agreements from execution to payroll instructions
  • Support the HR Team by being accountable for delivering monthly reports, ensuring attention to detail and being able to meet static deadlines
  • Be the point of contact for the wider HR Team for support relating to change activities and TUPE
  • Liaise with the wider HR Team regarding complex employee relations issues with respect to reorgs and redudancies, Have experience of managing redundancy consultations, providing advice on pooling exercises/Selection criteria and be familiar with design principles for Restructures
  • Be competent at managing conflicting priorties in terms of your workload and urgent requests from the Senior HR Business Partner Team/Wider HR Team
  • Compile and analyse HR Management Information, interpret results to identity trends and present data to senior management
  • The role will be London based and may require some business travel on an ad hoc basis
