As an HR Business Partner, you'll drive a positive employee experience through your detailed grasp of HR programmes, processes, and tools, offering credible and clear HR advice to Amazon's managers. From resolving complex HR queries with colleagues to perfecting new policies and programmes, you'll be making a real difference in how Amazon operates.,

  • Own and deliver projects and drive progress towards business goals
  • Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementation
  • Resolve high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals and complex disciplinary issues
  • Coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business
  • Drive positive employee relations
  • Analyse internal dashboards to create reports on key metrics for leadership at your site
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define the people strategy for respective departments
  • A day in the life HR Business Partners get involved in a wide range of different projects and work with a mix of diverse stakeholders, all with one goal: to make Amazon a great place to work. You'll be based in an Amazon fulfilment centre, delivery station or sortation centre and will frequently use data to inform key decisions. From one day to the next, you could be taking the lead on a range of different projects or supporting senior stakeholders with developing strategies and carrying out regular talent reviews. You'll be taking a fresh look at our working culture and thinking of new ways to optimise them. You'll also be supporting new colleagues to develop and learn new skills, so as well as shaping our working culture, you'll be helping our colleagues grow. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to progress and shape your career at Amazon. About the team About the team Customer Fulfilment, or CF, is where it all started for Amazon. CF has scaled up from a humble team of booksellers to a sophisticated global team which handles more than 1.5 million orders every day. The team is the foundation of our business and its efforts have helped us diversify across new regions and services. With the help of emerging technology, we're always looking for ways to offer a bigger, better product range - delivered quickly and affordably. The CF team are the first people in the chain that helps customers get products at the speed we're known for. We're based in Fulfilment Centres, which are at the heart of Amazon's fast-paced Operations network. Our centres are sometimes referred to as the 'First Mile' because it's where most Amazon packages start their journey. We help to manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock. Lots of different people work in our Fulfilment Centres, so there are plenty of opportunities for every skillset. Some of us work with physical products, while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Fluent command of English, in both written and verbal form
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and protect sensitive HR information
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and employment law
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
  • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
