Full Job Description

Working within the Vodafone Networks HR Business Partner team, the role will drive an ambitious people plan to support the business strategy of being the most reliable network for our customers whilst driving simplicity and growth. As an HR Business Partner, this role will partner with members of the UK Networks Leadership Team, with a key focus on organisational effectiveness, culture and engagement, talent management and building leadership & professional capabilities across the organisation. You will be accountable for the delivery of all central HR activities, such as Annual Reward Review, performance development, recognition and the detailed budget process, whilst driving improvement in Diversity & Inclusion and Engagement.

  • Partner with members of the Leadership Team (exact groups to be confirmed) - you will be supported in decision making by Senior HR Business Partner
  • Work in partnership with others to deliver against the people plan to support the achievement of the business strategy and utilise people analytics to inform decision-making & measure success
  • Drive effective talent management, capability development and succession planning to attract & retain diverse talent
  • Work with the Learning & Development Team to develop initiatives that deliver growth for employees and drive performance productivity
  • Work closely with the Vodafone Group/Global HR team in Networks to ensure alignment of key people activities and initiatives
  • Support our Diversity & Inclusion agenda, ensuring that we promote offerings from the Group and UK, as well as continually challenging our thinking to ensure we are innovative in our approach
  • Contributes to specific people initiatives across the UK and/or across Group.

    A proven track record in HR business partnering and commercial acumen
  • Experience in operating model design and change management is desirable
  • Ability to prioritise and identify core issues whilst managing competing deliverables & stakeholders
  • Experience in collaborative relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Confident and credible communicator, with effective coaching skills to support & positively influence decisions
  • Experience in successfully managing & co-ordinating change programmes and the ability to navigate a matrixed, complex & international organisation
  • Analytical mindset and familiar with interpreting & using data insights
  • CIPD or equivalent HR Professional Qualifications desirable.
