Full Job Description

As the HRBP, you will provide essential HR support and guidance to managers and employees across a network of stores. In this role, you'll proactively contribute to delivering a cost-effective HR service that drives company goals while ensuring legal compliance. You'll help shape HR strategy, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and serve as a central contact for employees.

The ideal candidate will have a retail background with experience in employee development, employee relations support, and generalist HR functions. Regular travel to stores will be key to delivering the support needed, so flexibility is important.
