Full Job Description

This role is part of the central operations team for the trust and you will also support strategically with the implementation of the People Strategy . The central operations team work closely with the Headteachers in our schools, providing sound HR advice on the full range of employee relation matters.
The successful candidate will have experience as a HR generalist and will be able to manage a full range of casework including attendance management, grievance, disciplinary, and change management for teachers and support staff in our schools.
We are looking for someone with an ambition for achieving excellence for all our staff and children across our schools. They will be an outstanding communicator and be able to contribute to the central aim of supporting all staff to reach their potential and feel success at work.

CIPD qualification to a minimum of Level 5 is a requirement for this role along with relevant experience.

Your base is at the Trust Central Office although the successful applicant will be required to work at all academies across the Trust., Inspire Partnership Multi Academy Trust have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate HR professional to work across our East Hub of schools, namely Ackton Pastures Primary Academy, Half Acres Primary Academy and Girnhill Infant School.
