What will you be doing? You will support a team of HR Business Partners in all aspects of HR administration including recruitment, onboarding new starters, employee relations case management and learning and development administration.     Proven experience as a HR Administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Desirable
  • Previous experience in healthcare or care home sector is advantageous.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is an advantage.
  • Adult Safeguarding Knowledge.
  • Experience of working in a regulated sector., Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
