Full Job Description

  • Improve all communications and engagement on site, thinking of new innovative and technological ways of supporting the communication initiative and strategically delivering on our overall engagement agenda
  • Gain support and buy in from the wider operational teams when delivering employee engagement activities that help drive an improvement in the overall colleague experience
  • Establish a consistent communications channel, bringing communications into the digital age
  • Successfully build, manage and deliver the year-by-year engagement calendar
  • Establish a group of peers both inside and outside of the contract to build a larger engagement network, leading project groups to reimagine the wellbeing and D&I calendar

    This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, however should you prefer there is the flexibility to work 08:30 - 16:30 or 08:00 - 16:00., You'll be paid a salary of up to £29,000 per annum, you'll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
