Full Job Description
We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Human Resources professional to join our client's team. This part-time role is crucial for managing HR documentation, conducting staff inductions, addressing employee queries, and handling disciplinary processes when necessary. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and hardworking individual who can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Manage all documentation related to Human Resources.
- Conduct staff inductions, including 'Right to Work' checks.
- Ensure completion of health & safety inductions.
- Manage holidays, absences, and return-to-work interviews.
- Address employee complaints and queries.
- Conduct disciplinary meetings and take detailed, accurate minutes.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed., Comprehensive training and support to ensure success in the role.
- Opportunities for further internal and/or external training after 6 months of satisfactory service.

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English Language and Mathematics.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications:
- HR CIPD or similar qualification.

- Ability to build internal relationships with a diverse team of colleagues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain objective under all circumstances. Skills and Attributes:
