We are recruiting for an HR Data Analyst to join our HR team in Manchester or Bristol. Reporting to the Senior HR Systems and Reporting Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring high data and reporting quality to support the Firm's People Strategy and ambitions.Your Role As an HR Data Analyst you will be responsible for the following; Data, Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist with regular data audits/data cleanse activities to ensure accurate, consistent and complete people data across our main HR systems (HRIS, LMS, Performance and Recruitment systems).
  • GDPR - Ensuring our systems and processes are meeting all GDPR requirements
  • Create bespoke Business Objects reports and other management information for HR and the wider business in response to business requirements.
  • Run regular monthly and weekly HR reports based on agreed specifications.
  • Produce monthly people dashboards by means of Power Bi.
  • Design report content and formats that meet routine and ad-hoc information requirements / requests.
  • Proactively identify improvements to our reporting capability to ensure timely, accurate and relevant management information is readily available and all regulatory and legislative requirements are delivered in a timely way to the required standards.
  • Ensure the reporting approach is standardised and produced whilst analysing, and informing stakeholders of results
  • Provide data and statistics as required to support HR colleagues as well as other internal functions, such as BD and Finance, in respect of client tenders and surveys.
  • Assist with analysing and visualising internal survey outcomes
  • Contribute to a variety of HR projects as required and set by the HR Systems and Reporting Manager
  • Acting as a role model of TLT's values and behaviours.

  • Support in providing training to HR colleagues and other users in their use of the systems where required to ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Support the implementation of changes to the systems that will enhance reporting capabilities as well as the user experience for the wider team, The HR team consists of the HR Business Partners, Reward, Recruitment and Organisational Development, with specialists in Learning and Development, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing and Sustainability. Making sure everyone thrives during their time at TLT is the focus of our HR team's work every day.   • The Reward team works along with the other HR functions to deliver a proactive and efficient HR service. Led by the Head of Reward, the reward team manage all pay, pension, benefits activities as well as running a regular calendar of sessions with our partner health and finance organisations to ensure all employees are fully informed and empowered to maximise their benefits.

  • Relevant reporting experience gained within an HR function (essential)
  • Experience of using Business Objects and iTrent (HRIS) is an advantage
  • Experience of using Power Bi to produce dashboards and reporting
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Data Analysis (pivot tables, lookups, power queries, formulas)
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Confidence and skill when presenting information to different audiences
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written
  • Take personal accountability and ownership for all deliverables, work proactively and at pace to deliver required milestones
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines and SLA's
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
