We're looking for an HR leader who's eager to make a difference. You'll need to be comfortable navigating the complexities of a small but impactful organisation, bringing your expertise in shaping people strategies, attracting and developing talent, and driving cultural change.   • Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (or working towards) or equivalent experience in a relevant HR environment
