This role supports the production of reports from data captured in our core HR and related systems. Working with stakeholders across HR and the wider business to produce business reports and providing data in the most appropriate and user-friendly form to meet the reporting requirement. You'll be responsible for: Developing and managing report creation and complex reports and dashboards using Oracle HCM Gathering requirements and work with HR teams and the business on solutions/options for reports and dashboards reducing the volume of ad hoc requests Ensuring that data and information is handled in accordance with Mace data security policies and procedures Maintaining data dictionary for all people data reporting. You'll need to have: Technology skills with enterprise software applications used in the HR domain. Specifically: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM including Oracle BI tools, Oracle Taleo. Technology skills with business intelligence and data analytics tools. Specifically: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, Microsoft Power BI, Excel. Able to extract, manipulate, analyse and present data that provides insight. Able to work with and without integrated systems and extract and consolidate data from multiple sources. Expert analytical and numerical skills. Familiarity with the HR domains such as policies and processes, statutory and regulatory requirements etc. Prior experience of data management concepts. E.g. data storage and reporting, master data management, data governance and security Familiarity with how to observe data privacy and GDPR compliance. You'll also have: Self-motivated and able to work independently yet open and collaborative. Able to manage business expectations, prioritise work, communicate progress and deliver to promise. Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrating logical thinking, curiosity and an attention to detail. Experience of working with senior and sometimes challenging individuals. Strong verbal and written communication. Methodical and organised. Delivers to agreed deadlines, effectively handles multiple demands and competing priorities Able to anticipate, prioritise and overcome problems. Collaborates and networks.
