HR Manager

The London Academy of Excellence (LAE) is seeking to recruit an HR Manager on a part time basis to join this ambitious, academic sixth form.

The LAE is a sixth form school for scholars of all backgrounds, cultures and experiences. LAE consistently delivers outstanding A level results for all students but has achieved particular success helping students from less-advantaged backgrounds win places at the best universities in the UK and around the world. The LAE is ranked among the top A level providers in the country by both The Times and The Telegraph and is the first state school in the world admitted to the World Leading Schools Association.

In 2026, the LAE will move into brand new school premises on the same street and in preparation for growth, both as an Academy and staff body, we are looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to manage the HR, recruitment and retention functions.
