HR Manager (Development and Wellbeing)
St Paul's School has an exciting and interesting new opportunity to join our busy and very friendly HR team. Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Manager (Development and Wellbeing), will be responsible for leading on all development and wellbeing initiatives for support staff across both the senior and junior schools.
HR experience including knowledge of training & development, wellbeing and employee benefits is essential as is an understanding of UK employment law and demonstrable experience of its application. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level with a CIPD qualification.
Hours: This role is offered as a full time, term time role (plus up to 6 weeks during the school holidays). Working hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday.
Flexibility on start and end times during the day and requests to work from home during the school holidays may be accommodated. Any requests should be explained in the covering letter.
