HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, on a 6 month FTC, to play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies and initiatives across the UK, Middle East, Belgium, and the Netherlands. You will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, fostering a high-performance culture that supports organisational growth and employee engagement.,

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement Malt HR policies and practices that will support the growth of the business.
• Provide sound advice regarding organisational and people-related strategy and execution.
• Coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development.
• Provide HR expertise in the areas of organisational development, feedback, employee relations, development.
• Partner with HR Centre Of Excellence to get the accurate support on compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Development, People Ops, Workplace, communication.
• Participate in the continual development of HR transversal programs for Malt.
• Analyse and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., HC, attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to the business., Screening with Chloé, T.A, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions. (30 minutes)
• Interview with Barbara (CPO), your future manager, to discuss your experience and how it would align with this role (45 minutes)
• Final interview with Sophie (current HR Manager) and Quentin (GM UK, Benelux, MEA) to discuss Malt's long term vision and to check any remaining questions (30 minutes).
  
  Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a multinational group or start-up
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws in UK, knowledge of North Europe or Middle East is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
