HR MANAGER

Haringey Sixth Form College Pay Spine

Start date: as soon as possible

Permanent position

Salary H25 £52,314 - 1.00 FTE, full-time (36 hours per week)

We have an exciting and interesting opportunity for an experience HR Manager to lead and deliver an HR service across the college. As a confident HR professional, you will provide trusted HR advice to senior managers and enjoy working in a busy environment with a hands-on approach to customer service.

This is a key role in the College encompassing all aspects of HR policy and operations. You will be part of a wider team that promotes a culture which recruits, retains and develops staff to the highest quality.

The successful candidate will be professional qualified HR practitioner with experience of working in a busy environment and have an understanding of the processes needed to make the HR service effective. Knowledge of employment law is a must and experience of education would be useful but not essential.
