Full Job Description
Reporting to the HR Director, we're looking for a HR Manager - Systems and Processes to develop, implement, maintain, and continually evaluate solutions for, on-boarding, development, performance management, reward and succession planning. As the HR Manager - Systems and Processes, you will have a truly generalist role leading much of our operational activity and providing support on HR Strategy for the global business alongside coaching and advising with employee relations issues. This offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop in a dynamic global environment. Job Responsibilities
- Act as owner for the global HR system
- Working either directly or in conjunction with local HR representatives to deliver key HR objectives globally
- Review HR Strategy and update making recommendations, deliver agreed objectives
- Review HR resource and develop, monitoring responsibilities and skillsets in order to deliver operational excellence
- Lead, with support from the Senior Global HR Advisor, on global employee initiatives.
- Create and deliver global Talent Management Strategy with Recruitment Lead and India HR Team, projects and objectives, to include career development frameworks, global behaviours, brand, attraction and retention
- Support on the drafting and delivery of a global Learning and Development strategy and objectives
- Create and manage all global HR policies and maintain in line with country specific legislation and best practice
- Carry out Global Salary benchmarking.
- Manage and co-ordinate all policies that may impact on any SST employees, collaborating with the departments that own the policy
- Review and implement an improvement plan and objectives to ensure SST has an effective operational HR offering/service which offers a global standard and meeting internal and external compliance standards
- Oversee all immigration activity with HR team directly managing each case and external providers
- Support on global employee relations in conjunction with the HR Director.
- Jointly lead, with Recruitment Lead, on HR related Contractor onboarding, offboarding, compliance and data management
- Work with senior leadership team, to include CEO and CFO, on HR activities and priorities
- Manage and develop direct reports - Senior Global HR Advisor, Global HR Advisor and HR Administrator
- Management, with support of the Senior Global HR Advisor, of the annual performance and salary review process
- Continue with the development of HRMI and KPIs to ensure value add
- Promote the Company's culture and identify ways to integrate into HR initiatives and processes
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient employee and manager experience
- Support and, where appropriate, lead on HR data management and reporting
- Key role in the relationship between HR and payroll
- We have an HR team in India and this role will collaborate with the VP HR India and with the HR representative in Vienna and Jacksonville.

- HR experience within software or technology would be advantageous, as would international experience.
- A high-level of IT proficiency would also be desirable, especially with Excel.
- Working knowledge of employee benefits.
- Knowledge of immigration processes including visas would be beneficial. Qualifications
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management and a qualified member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) is desirable. Experience Employment Type Fixed Term
