We are a leading group of care companies based in the North East, dedicated to providing exceptional care services across the region. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our HR function.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws, including the latest updates from the Labour Government.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and reward programmes.

  • Design and manage incentive schemes for senior leadership.

  • Roll out a formal, KPI-driven appraisal system for office-based staff.

  • Lead our HR function ensuring high standards of service delivery.

    Are you an experienced HR professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for driving HR excellence and making a real impact? If so, we want to hear from you!, CIPD accreditation (Level 5 or higher) or equivalent UK HR formal accreditation.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within the care industry or a related sector.
