Full Job Description

The post-holder will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality and responsive recruitment service to a range of stakeholders. You will also provide expert advice on recruitment processes and procedures.
The role will report to the HR Advisor (Recruitment Lead). We value work-life balance and welcome applications for flexible and hybrid working.
We would like you to help us develop ways of working which celebrate best recruitment and HR practice. You will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
The post-holder will monitor the work of the HR & OD Assistants to ensure the workload is evenly distributed and carried out to a high standard in line with policies and procedures.

· To support the Trust's HR and OD team to provide a friendly, welcoming and efficient 'front of house' service to the HR and OD Department.
· To support the HR Advisor (Recruitment Lead) to lead and improve the Trust's recruitment service.
· To ensure a comprehensive administration and support service is provided to the HR, OD, EDI and Health and Wellbeing team/s.
