Full Job Description

Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment? Frasers Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic intern for a combined role of Office & HR Assistant (32 hours per week).

Reporting directly to the HR Officer, the main responsibilities from will be:

  • Dealing with general office enquiries and corresponding in a friendly and polite manner

  • Daily set up and running of office (setting up meeting rooms, distributing post, handling deliveries for the office)

  • Ensuring all office equipment is functioning and reporting any issues to the facilities or I.T. team

  • Providing admin support to Senior Management - this will involving booking meetings and appointments

  • Note taking for important meetings/calls

  • Ordering stationery/equipment for the office, keeping the stationery room tidy and stocked up

  • Booking couriers and taxis for staff and clients

  • Ensure registration, filing and salary processing

  • Interface with several external entities, regarding the timely submission of all reports

  • Ensure the recruitment and selection process; support whenever necessary in the process of welcoming & onboarding new employees

  • Elaboration of Holiday Maps and Annual Training Plan

  • Monitor disciplinary procedures

  • Support in the implementation and development of specific policies, processes, procedures, in accordance with the Group's HR strategy

  • Interaction and cooperation with the different departments whenever necessary

    Good communication skills

  • Strong work ethic

  • An aptitude for learning

  • Fluent in Dutch & a good command of spoken and written English

  • Knowledge of Netherlands Employment Law would be an advantage

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (namely, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
