HR Officer Education for Industry Group Full-Time Permanent Electra House, Moorgate, EC2 About the Role: Are you passionate about shaping a company's future and creating an exceptional workplace? This dynamic HR generalist role is at the heart of our mission, supporting managers and employees alike with expert advice and seamless services across every stage of the employee experience. From managing payroll and employee benefits to championing staff wellbeing and fostering positive employee relations, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. About You:

  • You will have HR generalist experience covering the full remit of HR.
  • You will have payroll administration and management experience (or have worked with an outsourced payroll service).
  • Ideally will be CIPD qualified (Level 3 and above) or have relevant experience.
  • You will have HR generalist knowledge in performance management, reward & remuneration, payroll, employee relations, engagement, EDI, wellbeing, HR policy, talent management, and L&D.
  • You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and have the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters.
  • You will be a natural collaborator with well-developed relationship management and interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
