Please note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, and the successful candidate must have existing right to work in the UK., As an HR Officer, youll take ownership of a diverse range of responsibilities, providing essential support across the employee lifecycle. Youll lead on recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and managers, and play a key role in onboarding, helping new employees settle into their roles effectively. Youll act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, offering guidance on policies, performance management, and conflict resolution. Beyond day-to-day operations, youll contribute to strategic projects, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives, while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and NHS HR frameworks. A minimum of three days per week in the office is expected, with the opportunity for hybrid working if desired., DHC is a GP Federation, dedicated to supporting general practice in Surrey by providing high-quality healthcare.
