Full Job Description

We're looking to recruit for a maternity cover opportunity based within our busy HR team at St Piers, Lingfield. As an HR officer/advisor you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administration support to the HR Department across the employee lifecycle. You'll also be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing a customer focussed HR service.

  • Experience of working in an HR Department and an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
  • Familiar with HR databases & are proficient in use of MS Office packages
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Have some knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Ability to demonstrate personal and professional credibility.
  • Able to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Strong team player
  • Able to work from home for part of the week.
