HR Officer Term Time

The Trust have an exciting opportunity to join their Core HR team as a field-based HR Officer. This key role will provide professional advice and support to an agreed hub of schools within a geographical area, this role is working in the Bedfordshire hub of schools. (A full List including a map is included in the applicant information pack below)
This will include supporting HR colleagues with basic training, supporting with recruitment where needed, and general support with HR transactional work. The post holder will support HR colleagues in schools in carrying out their day-to-day HR tasks.
