Full Job Description

Working as part of the HR Operations Team you will provide a high quality and proactive HR and Benefits service across the Firm. You will ensure that all employee lifecycle and benefit matters are effectively supported, and changes are made quickly and accurately. You will ensure that any queries are addressed and that all people information is maintained accurately and securely.
In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:
Duties include:
- To process all employee lifecycle changes accurately and in accordance with the SOP and our People Policies
- To prepare and issue all employee lifecycle change letters
- To ensure Payroll are notified of employee changes.
- To maintain and update PeopleSoft accurately and within the agreed timescales
- To maintain a comprehensive and up to date set of SOPs covering HR Benefits and Administration tasks
- To ensure Right to Work information is maintained and recorded accurately.
- To respond to employee reference requests as required.
- To support the effective operation of all people related processes.
- To provide Benefits providers with employee data in a timely, accurate and secure manner.
- To produce weekly and monthly reports for data reconciliation purposes and to provide Benefits providers with employee data in a timely, accurate and secure manner.
- To ensure invoices from Benefits providers are checked and processed quickly.
- To serve as point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and provide advice and guidance on benefits and HR processes as required.
- To respond to Benefits queries from Employees, Managers and Benefits providers
- To respond to queries on how to use the Orbit Benefits portal.
- To support HR project activity as required.
- To respond to general queries from HR & Benefits inboxes.
