Full Job Description

As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will work closely alongside the Talent Advisor and are a crucial part in maintaining our high performance and helping to continue to build an agency which includes some of the best people in the industry.

In this fast paced and environment you will be the first point of contact for all Talent related queries through the entire employee journey.

Although the role is influenced heavily by the day to day admin, you will have exposure to all areas of our Talent team and will be encouraged to build on new ways on improving our processes to promote effective change.,

  • Foster strong relationships within the Talent team and wider agency, ensuring sensitive handling of queries.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries (payroll, benefits, holiday, etc.), resolving or escalating issues as needed.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new joiners, managing paperwork and handover to Payroll.

  • Handle the full leaver process and maintain accurate joiner/leaver data across systems.

  • Monitor and log employee absences, escalate issues as necessary.

  • Administer the probation process, escalating to Talent Advisor when needed.

  • Ensure compliance with right-to-work documents and highlight visa expirations.

  • Collaborate with Talent Operations to maintain accurate employee data and records.

  • Process invoices and POs promptly.

  • Support Talent projects and assist the wider team with ad hoc tasks.

  • Assist Talent Advisor with family leave processes and policy guidance.

    An understanding of HR, whether through studies or work experience

  • Ambitious to develop a career in HR

  • Enthusiastic with a can do attitude to get stuck in with a variety of tasks

  • A passion to provide an excellent service for our people

  • Detail orientated and organised with the ability to be able to handle a varied workload

  • Able to multi-task with a strong ability to prioritise tasks

  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to ever changing tasks in an agile manner

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong user of Microsoft office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Previous experience using HR systems and experience of HR database is desirable

  • Resilient person who welcomes change & has a continuous improvement/growth mindset
